Very nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. In addition, it is not expensive and close to everything. I highly recommend it.

There is a lady who working in the reception and put glasses, she was very bad when she talking with us and has a lot of bad rules for example no internet, no visit, no breakfast. We had a child under 1 year, and she considered him as an adult. Very baaaaad hotel

New and clean hotel equipped with washing machine and kitchen stuff .Towels and other things will be changed by them every other day.A great choice for a family with small kids who wants to stay relatively for long period. The staff have a good attitude .Also you could order some drinks from their mini restaurant like turkish tea and others.Overall I like it and I would recommend others to try it.

It uses to be my best affordable placeI in Mersin. I visited them after a long time. They have changed a lot. Not only the room is dirty, It is full of smoking. I am not a smoker and it was a disaster for me to get some sleep. When I reported to the receptionist that I need a non smoking room, he said all of the rooms are smoking room. He was like open the window and turn on the AC the smoke will go away. The room didn’t have a real blanket, they just put on a cheap bed sheet. I am so disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend it or come back

I can easily say that this is the most comfortable, safe, tranquil, and reasonably-priced accommodation I have visited, not only in Mersin but in the entirety of Turkey (and I have visited quite a lot). It is also very clean both inside the apartments and everywhere in the building and the surrounding garden (that has really astonishing trees, flowers, and plants). - features I used and enjoyed: elegant working corner in the living room, washing machine, surprisingly complete-ish kitchen, wifi, restaurant, accessible entrance, security kiosk at the gate, the friendly dog. and best feature of them all: the helpful staff and their welcoming attitude, especially Mr. Ufuk and Ms. Eda. - features I enjoyed but didn't use: parking, pool, mini fitness center, basketball yard. 5/5 - I would recommend it without hesitation; especially for long vacations and/or small families.

Such an amazing place! Never saw better ev-otel in Mersin before, thier clean level are so high and they are so gentle with everyone, especially the resection saliha, i do advice it to everyone yes.

Wonderful place to stay and have vacation alona, with family or friends, very good price, wel location, clean and modern and stylish. you will feel like it at home. Great service and staff. I definitely recommend it.

Cleanliness, full facilities in room and full amenities in the hotel includes gym, basketball court, pool, garden area and water fountains to chill by, 24hr security, off street parking and the prefect cheerful friendly staff that would go that extra mile to make your stay more comfortable and memorable. Convenient central location to exquisite restaurants, cafés, nightlife, bars and other entertainment. Local busses could take you all over Mersin. Markets, shopping centers, beaches, The Marina, The Forum and more are all a short bus trip away. Definitely highly recommend Upart Home for that peace of mind and exceptional service. As a bonus, management staff speak English ?? Thank you to all the management staff, security staff, reception staff, restaurant /bar staff and housekeeping staff for all your overwhelming hospitality and outstanding services.
