 Master Ümit's cakes are daily and fresh. The owner is smiling, but his employees are sullen, as if they were forced to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malesef simit ve poğaçaları Değirmendere deki Ümit usta kadar iyi değil. Değirmendere Şubesi daha küçük ama hizmetleri daha hızlı.
Unfortunately, bagels and pastries are not as good as Ümit Usta in Değirmendere. Degirmendere branch is smaller but services are faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ürünleri kalite li ve lezzeti harika, özellikle gölcük ümit usta pastanesinde ki arkadaşlar çok cana yakın ve çok ilgililer... O haşhaşlı yı nasıl yapıyorlar hala anlamış değilim onda ki o lezzeti nerdeyse tüm Türkiye'yi gezdim hiç bir yerde bulamadım... şu anda bitlis Tatvan'da yım bura da da yok o lezzet... Tüm çalışanlarının eline sağlık iyi ki varsın ümit usta ..
Their products are of high quality and taste great, especially the friends at Gölcük Umut Usta's patisserie are very friendly and interested... I still don't understand how they make that poppy, I've traveled almost all of Turkey and couldn't find it anywhere... at the moment. I'm in Bitlis Tatvan, there is no that flavor here either... Günün hemen her saati müşteri yoğunluğu var. Nedeni ürünlerinin çeşitliliği ve lezzeti. Saat 10:00-10:30 gibi Kaşarlı poğaça alıyorum. Eve geliyorum hala sıcacık. Hatta kaşarın uzadığını bile müşahede ettim.
