Before I arrived, I wrote a letter to the post office, found out the price of insurance for me and my children. I asked about payment methods, they said that you can pay by cash or card. Arriving at the place, it turned out that the cards of foreign banks are not accepted. I live a month and a half and everywhere I pay everything perfectly, it’s strange that they don’t accept it. Then I went to withdraw cash, by the way, all the documents were in place, all questions were clarified before my departure, in fact it was payable. Returning to the office with the money, it turned out that he was able to issue it and they couldn’t because of the fact that the system was giving an error (!! @). Like, I’m waiting for confirmation from Istanbul, and there the office closes at 17.00. Although the conversation was at 16.04, I specifically looked at the time with bewilderment. Communicated through an interpreter on the Internet, not the most convenient way. I don’t know Turkish. I was upset because I was told to come up to the polis already on Monday after 12.00. I had to give ikamet already on the weekend, there was time for this and the opportunity ... as a result of this incomprehensible misunderstanding, everything was postponed. It was terribly inconvenient that because of their stupid systems I lost time. This is minus the work of the office itself. I can’t say anything about the insurance yet. I’ll see if I get it, because I paid everything on Friday ...
