I definitely do not recommend Ünlüsoy furniture, they are friendly until they buy it, then they act the opposite. The bedroom set, which was sold as cream color and processed as cream color on the invoice, was delivered to the house in gray color. Assembly problems, repairs of spilled paint are still waiting to be fixed. They do not take the money up front and stand behind the products afterwards. They direct them from here to there to solve the problems, but nothing is solved. If you don't want to spend money and be unhappy, don't buy from this company. We bought furniture from two different companies, we did not experience color problems in either of them, small problems in delivery were solved by the companies in 3 days. The problems with your company have remained the same for a month, the dresser mirror has not been mounted for a month, the dresser drawer is waiting to be replaced with peeled paint. Do we need to call you every day and run after you to solve problems? You claimed that the items you bought from home and brought to the store for comparison are the same product, even under the same light, with a noticeable color difference. Mrs. Neslihan, your store representative, admitted the problem by saying that the product is cream-colored and there are a few tones of difference, but you did not solve any problem by directing it from here to there.
