Daha önceki 3 yıl buradan alıyordum yıllık bakım ürünlerini. O zaman Osman Bey vardı sağolsun çok ilgiliydi. Ancak bu hafta yaşadığım deneyim çok şaşırttı beni. Durumu kendilerine ilettim. Bakalım inşallah dikkate alırlar.
They have lowered the quality a lot. I didn't like their approach to customers at all. I found the belonging status of the employees, especially the female friend, who looks after the sales transactions, to be very low. I used to buy annual care products from here for the previous 3 years. At that time, there was Osman Bey, thanks to him, he was very interested. However, my experience this week surprised me. I reported the situation to them. I hope they take it into consideration.
