Hi, medical exam know about; I just explain how it works: when you arrive at the building, you have to go to the fourth floor and hand over your documents along with passport. Then your name is registered and a photo is taken from you. After that you go to the third floor, you hand over the received files from fourth floor to the reception, you will make payment for the lab test around 120 usd. You do the blood and urine test as well as the x-tray. I have read that these tests are to check to see if you have a bacterial infection. All this takes around 1:30 hours. Once you have done all this you go back up to the fourth floor and handover everything back to them. They will tell you a time to come back for the doctor to see you and do the medical check. When you come back at the known time, which is normally after 2:00 p.m. doctor will perform the medical and vaccination (no pain for me at all). you make payment depending on what is done, i paid 150 usd with one vaccine. This also takes around 30 minutes. After all you are done here, they will double check your contact details and your results is automatically sent to the embassy and a copy will be sent to your email, of course if there is no problem. Front desk communicate with people disrespectfully, charge me $680 for one person(my son) without any additional vaccinations(Just for administration) . The standard fees are $270. I will be sure to escalate this issue to USA embassy.

Don’t forget to translate your COVID-19 vaccine If it is Arabic & persian or Kurdish . You can walk 200 meters to (Ay Tercüme bürosu) to translate.. 11:00am translated my COVID-19 vaccine. Went there 11:45 (4th floor) and paid 44.5$ for laboratory and done at 12:30. came back at 02:30pm and got laboratory results and then Dr performed the medical and vaccination , I paid 340$ for 3 vaccines. You can ask for directions because the building is different from google pictures and they opened coffeeshop there They were nice and friendly stuff and not crowded place at all
