I	Işık Işık on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ayaklarınin kötü olması sebebiyle servisi çağırdım 10 senelik bir makine ve çok memnunum garantisi yok ucretli olacağını bilerek ayaklarinin değişmesini talep ettim ertesi gün ben evde yokken gelip tek ayagını sıkmış ve çektıgi makineyi tam yerleştirmeden annemden 100 tl ucret alıp gitmiş.Bunun üzerine aradim ve ayakları degistirmeden nasil bu kadar ucret aldigini sordum cevaben 50 tl gelıs ucreti 50 tl de ayagı sıkma islemi oldugunu soyledi.üstelik makineyi çekince çıkan su gider hortumunu takmamis su alis hortumundanda su geliyordu ne olmuşsa tabi evi su basinca normal tamirci cagirdim hem su girisi hem çıkış hortumunu değiştirip ayaklarin hepsini yenileyip makineyi yerine yerlestirip 120 tl alip gitmisler ve makinem hıç hareket etmiyor artik calisirken.şimdi böyle bir servisle muhatap olmamak icin birdaha tercih edermiyim samsung markasını.
