Caminin eskiden olduğu gibi adının Uncular Cami olarak ibadethane olarak hizmete devam edeceği bildirildi.
Yenişehir Mahallesi'nde bulunan ve 1990 yılında Uncular A.Ş.'nin sahibi Mehmet Uncu tarafından yaptırılan ve Kahramanmaraş 1. İcra ve İflas Müdürlüğü tarafından açık artırma ile satılması kararlaştırılan Uncular Caminin satış işlemi gerçekleştirildi.
