★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir servis ancak bu kdr kötü olabilir...rica ediyorum böyle hizmete gereken cevabı hep beraber verelim...çalışanlar o kdr ilgisiz ve beceriksiz ki tecrübe etmeniz gerekir(sorumlu insan bunun dışında)uzak durun küçük esnaf her ihtiyacımı karşıladı güler yüzle...uzak durun ki çeki düzen versinler
A service but this kdr may be bad ... I would like to give the necessary answer to such service together ... the employees are that kdr indifferent and incompetent that you have to experience (responsible person except for this) stay away, little shopkeeper met my every need with a smiling face ... stay away so they tidy up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calisanlar çok tecrübesiz. Çalışan klimayi bozup gittiler tekrar tamir edip para aldilar. Tehditvari konuşmalar küstah tavırlar... hiç tavsiye etmem.
Employees are very inexperienced. They broke the working air conditioner and left, fixed it again and took money. Threatening speeches, arrogant attitudes... I do not recommend at all.

I gave a device, it's been 1 month, they didn't, I went to the work place, they said it's ready at 2 or 3 o'clock, it's 4:30 I still couldn't get the device

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koskoca samsung firması böyle liyakatsızlarla,beceriksizlerle müşteriyi muhatab ediyor, yazıklar olsun. Sokaktan tutdukları günlükçü adamlara televizyon montajı yaptırıyorlar sanki. Kendim çok daha profesyonel,temiz montaj yapardım servis kurulumu mecbur olmasa... Sorumluluk sıfır... Tv de proplem var montajdaki hatalardan kaynaklandığını düşünüyorum. Samsungu arıyorsun onlar daha beter.Tencere-kapak misali. Hataları yapıcı şekilde belki işe yarar diye iletiyorsun nerdeee... Çekinecekleri birşey kalmamış, meydan kendilerin...
Huge Samsung company is dealing with such unqualified, incompetent customers, shame on them. It's as if they're having the loggers they hired from the street make TV installations. I would have done a much more professional, clean installation myself, if the service installation was not obligatory... Zero responsibility... There is a problem on the TV, I think it is caused by the errors in the installation. You are looking for Samsung, they are worse. Like a pot-lid. Where are you communicating the mistakes in a constructive way that maybe it will work... They have nothing to be afraid of, the challenge is theirs...
