Super for winter time

Excellent hot springs and spa section. Good food and entertainment. The furniture in the rooms need updating but still rather comfortable. Reasonably priced.

Sadly not a good experience. The room is so dirty and old. We had a cockroach under our bed who came out to visit. Bathroom in the room is disgusting like public bathroom full of Black makes and rust and pee smell. I asked if they can clean it again but no one showed up. Horrible smell in the room like spoiled egg from the thermal water. Worst room I have ever stayed at. Thermal pool outside is empty of water but full of green slime and God’s know what.... so stinky... Get me out of here... Running away....

They were rude and racist. The cooler in the room wasn’t working and when we asked to change our room they said they are full while there was plenty empty rooms. The food was unbeatable except the vegetables. Smelled very bad and they didn’t let us in the pool the next day because they were busy cleaning. I don’t suggest this place!

The thermal pools are really amazing! The rooms are too warm, because of the natural mineral water. Its so beautiful and cozy…

Old and tired. You can see that it was built in the 80,s It needs refurbishing through out. Staff very pleasant and helpful though. Food ok nothing to shout or write home about. Probably won't go back.

We got a terrible food poisoning here, and there were at least 10 other people that got it as well within 48 hours. The incident wasn’t addressed by hotel management transparently, even though they clearly knew that something was going on. Obviously the kitchen staff does not know how to handle food hygiene properly. Do not go here, especially not with elderly people or toddlers, as food poising can be very dangerous for them!

Terrible hotel! Really disappointed with the stay. Heard this place was really nice (pre-covid) so that’s why we booked. But on arrival the hotel looks worn down and not nice at all. Food was terrible! Staff were hardly around, they were rude and not helpful at all. There was horrible live music on until 1am which could be heard throughout the hotel! The pools aren’t maintained at all, which made them hard to enjoy, even though the water was very warm. The smell throughout the hotel from interior thermal pool was very off putting! I’ve been to thermal hotels before and they have never smelt like that. Rooms were very bad. Beds are horrible. Bathroom are falling apart. There was no hot water from the main shower or thermal water shower in the room. Bathrobes had holes in them. Just see for yourself.
