★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selamunaleyküm; 1,5 ay önce vestel buzdolabımda alt kısmında buzlanma oldu, internetten numarasını bulup vestel yetkili servis diye çağırdığım adı Umut teknik servis adındaki firma buzdolabımdan bir parça söküp gittiler.Ertesi gün geldi taktı, yaptık dedi ama buz dolabı 1,5 aydır randumanlı çalışmıyor. En son 2 ün önce tekrar buzlanma yapınca aramaya başladım armalarıma bakmadılar.3 ay kullandığına say dedi. 3 Aylık kullanım bedelini kesip paranı iade edeyim diyor utanmadan.. Biz kandırıldık siz sakın kanmayın ben gereken tüm mercilere şikayet edeceğim.
Selamun aleykum; 1.5 months ago, there was icing on the bottom of my vestel refrigerator. The company named Umut technical service, whose number I found on the internet and called vestel authorized service, took a piece out of my refrigerator and left. The last time it was frosted 2 days ago, I started searching, they didn't look at my crests. He said he used it for 3 months. He says without hesitation that I will cut the 3 months usage fee and return your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tek kelime ile sahtekar bu servis arkadaşlar. ilk aramada gayet ilgili hemen gelip makineye bakıp arızasını söylüyorlar. sonra parça söküp gidiyorlar getirip takıyorlar yaptık diye. Ama sonrasında aradığınız hiç bir telefona bakmıyorlar. sürekli yalan sürekli sahtekarlık. uzak durun kesinlikle. Söyleyebileceğim tek şey benden aldıkları para haram zehir zıkkım olsun. hakkımı helal etmiyorum
