This place helps both establishment purposes. It is a very good place in terms of services. I definitely recommend you to go to Bartın for its location and for the food and beverage services it offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 yıldır gittiğim bir yer ve duyarlılıklarından dolayı da severek giderdim fakat bugün hiç memnun ayrılmadım. Normalde soğuk havalar içeride oturulunca kapılar kapalı olur ve ısıtıcı açılır. Bu süreçte kapıların kapalı olmamasını anlıyorum(ki çalışanlar maske takmıyor, mutfaktaki hanımefendi dahil) ama 2 kapı açık olunca çok fazla üşüdüğüm ve hasta olduğum için bir kapının kapatılmasını rica ettim. Olumsuz bir dönüş aldım. Tamam diyip bu sefer ısıtıcıyı açmalarını rica ettiğimde ise ısıtıcının olmadığını gülümseyerek söyledi mutfaktaki hanımefendi. Müşteri memnuniyetini önemsemiyorlar sanırım. Üşüyen bir müşteriye hadi bunları dediniz belki bir öneri sunarsınız, şal vs verirsiniz. Ama hiçbir şey göremedik.
It's a place I've been going to for 3 years and I would have loved to go because of its sensitivities, but today I didn't leave satisfied. Normally, when cold weather is sitting inside, the doors are closed and the heater is turned on. I understand that the doors are not closed in this process (the employees do not wear masks, including the lady in the kitchen), but when 2 doors were open, I asked for a door to be closed because I was too cold and sick. I got a negative return. When I said ok and asked them to turn on the heater this time, the lady in the kitchen said with a smile that there was no heater. I guess they don't care about customer satisfaction. You said these to a cold customer, maybe you can offer a suggestion, give a shawl etc. But we didn't see anything.
