Since I learned from the transmission masters that this malfunction would not occur in a short time, I stated that I would show an insistent attitude on the subject, use my legal rights and be a plaintiff because we are talking about a vehicle that was written well on its gearbox 3 days ago. I also created a complaint form for their headquarters. Later, upon the invitation of his friends, I was called to their headquarters in Ümraniye, Istanbul, for fault detection. In the controls made by the instructor masters, Mesut Bey, the existence of the malfunction was determined and it was verbally declared to me that my grievance would be eliminated. Later, Mr. Hayri from the Headquarters called me and contacted me confirming the statements of Mr. Mesut, and I was informed that my grievance would be resolved. I did not initiate the legal process, thinking that this process would be handled by Ümran Auto expertise without any problems. I consoled myself by thinking that human beings make mistakes and may have overlooked them. I did not expect another vehicle since I could not use my vehicle in this process, nor did I expect a loss of value due to the transmission of my vehicle. I was promised by Mr. Emrah, the official of Ümran Auto Expertise Branch, that the malfunction of the vehicle was caused by the Gearbox Ball and that his expenses would be covered (for what reason they thought so, I don't know). My only concern was to get on my vehicle that I bought 3 days ago in a healthy way. They told me to go to a master at Maslak Auto Industry site and have my vehicle repaired. I did not accept it because the Master I went to said that he could give me my vehicle at least 2 weeks later. Since I thought it would be done faster by another master, I suggested that it be done in another place and the repair of the vehicle was started. In the next process, the vehicle's transmission was lowered and I was informed that it had a total cost of 15 thousand ₺. Ümran Auto Expertise firm was told that it would only cover the amount of 3 thousand liras and would not interfere with the rest, the amount they offered to give corresponds to the amount written for the repair of the malfunction caused by their own mistakes. Since the transmission of the vehicle was down and action was taken, the control could not be made by an expert and I could neither claim my rights nor be a plaintiff. You made the payment of 3 thousand liras by your company to sign the report that I will not be a plaintiff, but I will not be a customer in any of your branches again. All documents, audio and video recordings related to the subject are available by me, I will not share them. I do not claim my right because of this material and moral suffering that I have experienced due to the fault of your company's employees.

No testing was done on this due to their device not being able to communicate with the ecu. It was said that if you want, you can direct it to another friend of ours and have it looked at there. In other words, I felt like it was tried to be launched that connecting the tool to the PC is not very important. Because after asking if there is a malfunction in the ecu, they said we can direct it. I observed that the employees used the vehicles with contempt; When lifting the vehicles, the wedges that were put in between were on the ground. Instead of pulling the wedges aside and entering the area, the employee climbs and descends on the wedges. The vehicle I am talking about has 40 sidewall tires, it has a high probability of slipping from the chock and damaging the rim and tire. I don't like this attitude Also, you cannot notarize the appraisal report made here. The employee there told me that the certification process was not completed. They said the car was missing oil. I kept the car waiting and looked at the dipstick, it was just above the max line. If I added without looking, I would have to deal with the evacuation of the excess oil again. As a result, I decided to have an appraisal here based on google comments, but I was not satisfied.
