★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ümitköy'ün ilk sitelerinden biri olmakla birlikte yaklaşık 40 yıldır Ümitköy'ün köy olduğu günlerinden bu yana ayakta durmakta. Ümitköy'ün Aristokratları zamanında burada yaşarlarmış, geldim burada yaşamaya başladım hala buradalarmış. Şahane bir bitki örtüsüne de sahip aynı zamanda, bana sorarsanız sükunet arayan insanların tercih edebileceği bir yerleşke.
Although it is one of the first sites of Ümitköy, it has been standing for about 40 years since Ümitköy was the village. Basiretsiz bir site yönetimine sahip. 280 TL olan aidatı zamları bahane edip önce 600 TL yapmaya kalktılar tepki çekince 450 TL ye düşürdüler. (Aidat sadece ısınma bedeli için, apartman içinde kapıdan çöp bile alınmamasına rağmen birde ayrı 15 TL isteniyor?!) Ankaranın en soğuk günlerinde site içinde anons yapıp "hesapta paramız kalmadı" vb gibi sebeplerle hem sıcak su verilmedi hemde kaloriferler yakılmadı. Yazında bizden peşin peşin aidatlar alındı ama şu an para nasıl bitti kimse bilmiyor. Şubat 2019 itibariyle de sorunlar devam ediyor. Ayrıca eklemezsem olmaz sitede sıcak su fiyatı da m3 15 TL gibi fahiş bir fiyatla sunuluyor.
Lokasyonuna falan aldanıp sakın oturmayın, pişman olursunuz.
Sinir stres sahibi olmamak için uzak durun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ümitköy tarafına taşınmayı planlıyorum ve yer bakıyorum. Bu siteyi de bir arkadaşım oturduğu için ziyaret ettim. İstenen kira ücretlerine göre çok küçük m2 ye sahip. Binalar çok eski dolayısıyla asansör yok ve tesisat konusunda da tam bir rezalet yaşanıyor. Lavaboya girdiğimde musluktan turuncu renkte pasın dibine vurmuş resmen. Arada sırada paramız yok diyip de sıcak su ve kaloriferi kapattıkları da oluyor :) Bu kadar kirayı buraya verene kadar Ümitköy de çok fazla alternatif var.
I plan to move to the Ümitköy side and look at the place. I visited this site because a friend was sitting. Very small m2 according to the desired rental fees.
