★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gaziantep'in farklı yerlerinde ümit döner var. Ancak her ÜMİT DÖNER aynını değil. Fatih Mahallesi Şubesinde gördüğünüz hizmeti ve hijyeni Otogarın Yanındaki Alışveriş merkezinde bulunan Ümit Döner'de bulmanız mümkün değil. Burası başka bir dünya. Müşteriden çok çalışanın olduğu bu şubede, çalsınlar müşterilerin yanında ellerinde çay bardaklariya dolaşırken müşteriye çay ikram etmek akıllarına bile gelmiyor. Bu kadar az müşterinin geldiği bir yerde koltuklar nasıl bu kadar kirlenebilir? Anlamak için zihinleri bayağı zorlamak gerekiyor.
Bu koltuk Ümit Dönerin müşterilerine layık gördüğü koltuk...
 There are hopeful returns in different parts of Gaziantep. But not every UMIT ROTARY is the same. You cannot find the service and hygiene you see in Fatih Neighborhood Branch at Ümit Döner in the Shopping Center next to the Bus Station. This is another world. In this branch where there are more employees than customers, they do not even think of offering tea to the customer while they are wandering alongside the customers. How can seats get so dirty in a place with so few customers? It takes a lot of minds to understand.
