Eski ulusoydan eser kalmamış.. kendi adıma söylüyorum bir daha asla tercih etmem.. I chose Ulusoy company for traveling from Ankara to Istanbul. Otobüs seferini bilgi vermeden iptal edip, ücret iadesini de bir buçuk ay geçmesine rağmen ilgiliye yapmamış olmaları da bunun kanıtıdır diye düşünüyorum. Tanıdığım kimseye tavsiye etmem, tercih etmelerini de istemem. It used to be a very serious company, but I have seen it sadly that this seriousness has deteriorated.
