Darbe öncesi yapılan kısmı çok sağlam ve akıntı olmamaktadır. Darbeden sonra yapılan kısımlarda ise yemekhane vs kısmında musluklar dışında her taraf akmaktadır. Asansör, elektrik, su tesisatı vs sıklıkla bozulmaktadır. Üniversite bu yeri çok istemiş ancak alamamıştır . Uluslararası lise yapılmıştır.
