Personelin üsleri fazla katı emirler veriyor zannedersem yurtdışı ürün aliminda tuhaf prosedürler soruyorlar kimlik vs bile bazen yetersiz kalıyor. Genel anlamda ptt ile çalışmak insani yoruyor ve genel merkezi cok daha fazla yoruyor ... Pek çok PTT şubesi aksine cumartesi günü de sabah 9:00'dan öğleden sonra 16:00'a kadar açıktır. Yoğunluk yapacağınız işlem ve gelideceğiniz vakte göre oldukça değişken olabiliyor. h	hande çetindağ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veznedeki personeller ilgisiz sert tavırlılar. Asla sıra sistemi yok. 1 kişi 1 saat sürüyor. Herkes şikayetçi. Herkes önüne geçmeye çalışıyor. Koskoca ankaranın göbeğinde ulus şube sıra sistemi olmadan çalışıyor inanılacak gibi değil. Rezil berbat. Gerekli mercilere veznedeki kişilerin ad soyadı verilerek şikayetleri yapılacak emin olabilirsiniz!! The staff at the cashier are disinterested and harsh. There is no queue system. 1 person takes 1 hour. Everyone is complaining. Everyone is trying to get ahead. It is unbelievable that it works without a nation branch queue system in the heart of huge Ankara. The place sucks. Sıra almaya gerek yok herkez uygun yere gidip fatura, para yatırma-çekme yada kargo alanlarına güvenlik görevlisi arkadaşlar ile yönlendiriliyor. Covid-19 önlemleri hiçe sayılıyor. Maske ve özellikle mesafe çoğu zaman önemsenmiyor. Yaşlılardan zaman kalırsa uğramak mantıklı. ?? Paydays are overcrowded, and people will almost be in a row as they wait in line.
