★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dörtyol'da aynı kalite de çorba standardını bozmayan bir çorbacı, çok başarılı. Şırdan da gayet lezzetli. Olumsuz yan ise yıllardır dükkanı da hiç bozmuyorlar, biraz kamyoncu lokantası havası var, ailemle giderken çekinebilirim mesela. Biraz da dükkkanda elit modern bir dizayn olabilir.
A soup shop that does not break the soup standard at the same quality in Dörtyol, it is very successful. Sirdan is also very tasty. The negative side is that they haven't spoiled the shop for years, it has a truck restaurant atmosphere, for example, I can be hesitant when I go with my family. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BERBAT!! Başka yerde paça çorbası icmesek bu mu paça deyip yüzüne bakmayiz. Tadı çok kötü, temizlik sıfır ,kıl tüy temizlemekten yemek yiyemedik, müşteriye güler yüz yok. Iceri girince bu mekanda rahat yemek yiyemem deyip çıkmak istiyorsun. Bu çok lezzetli çorbası var diyenler hayatlarında heralde hiç düzgün mekanlarda birşey yiyip icmemisler
WRETCHED!! If we don't drink trotter soup elsewhere, we wouldn't look at your face by saying 'this is trotter'. The taste is very bad, the cleanliness is zero, we couldn't eat because of cleaning hair, there is no smiling face for the customer. When you come in, you say you can't eat comfortably in this place and want to leave. Those who say they have this very delicious soup probably never ate or drank anything in a decent place in their lives.

Merkezde oluşu sirkülasyonu arttırıyor , çorba yanına verdikleri soğan ve limon biraz kısıtlı,çorba için alternatif az olunca seçim yapmak kolay oluyor.
Dörtyol is one of the 3 places you can go for soup in the center, home cooking and soups are bounty soup 16 TL, other dishes are average price, full artisan restaurant. The fact that it is in the center increases the circulation, the onion and lemon they give to the soup are somewhat limited, and it is easy to choose when there are few alternatives for the soup.
