I gave my carpet, it came in 15 days. When they brought it, there was an oil stain on it, I called it, they came and bought it. It has been 10 days and it still has not come. They have very bad services.

We had our carpets washed by relying on their advertisements on the internet, but our carpets always came in dust and they did not use carpet perfumes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalde 4 günde teslim edilir dedikleri halı 8. günde 3 defa aramamız sonucunda lekeli ve ıslak bir şekilde geldi. Çay lekeleri ve boya lekesi asla çıkmamış bilsem evde kendim yıkardım. Daha önce de buraya halı yıkatmıştım ama ilk defa böyle lekeli halı gönderdiler. Hiç memnun kalmadım bir daha başka yere göndereceğim.
The carpet, which they say normally will be delivered in 4 days, came stained and wet as a result of calling 3 times on the 8th day. If I had known that tea stains and paint stains never came out, I would have washed it myself at home. I have had carpet washed here before, but this is the first time they have sent such a stained carpet. I am not satisfied at all, I will send it to another place again.
