ULU RESORT HOTEL

My cousin stayed here last year and his son got a fungi infection from the pool so be careful!! And my mum ripped open her leg in the sea so no security or safety whatsoever!

It's not a 5 star hotel but still you'll miss nothing but rooms luxury. Great service with reasonable prices. Overall it is a good deal to try it with the magnificent views where mountains meet with the sea.

We stayed for 2 nights with kids, the children love the AquaPool, and we enjoyed the meals lots.There are very few staffs whom could speak English, the cleaning team is good,the room service is slow.The beach has too many stones plus deep water,not suitable for children to go to beachside.

One of the worst 5 star resort hotel I have ever been to and it is supposed to be all inclusive hotel but everything cost money, even the ping pong and pool ? is costing you money and you can only play it for 1 hour. Their beach is so stony and it's not a good looking water either. Every activity ends at 19:00 so you don't have anything to do than waiting for tomorrow until you can do something, unless you want to pay a lots of money for playing pool ? and ping pong. The food there is of very bad quality and nothing is fresh and the soup is made by instant soups. The swimming pools are overly filled with chlorine and they don't clean the water at all, they just fill it with more chlorine

This was our second visit to Ulu Resort. Last year we gave it 5 stars. This year we were disappointed that our family room (4 adults and a baby) wasn't serviced at all during our 2 night stay, even though we requested it 3 times and should be done by default. Eventually, we received clean towels, but that was it. We felt the food had improved on last year so no complaints there. The resort itself is very pleasant with a variety of pools to choose from as well as two sandy beaches and one pebble beach. The views from the massive balcony are lovely.

I’ve been to Turkey a couple of times but I always went to Antalya. This summer I wanted to try somewhere else and found this hotel and it was the best decision I’ve ever made about a holiday destination. The quality of this hotel is nothing less than Antalya hotels plus it’s in a very quiet area so I felt so relaxed. The staff was very helpful and nice. Although some of them can’t speak English they still try their best to help. The rooms and pools were so clean and the sea was so refreshing. Hotel is where the mountains and sea meets and the view was breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The food was so delicious but my only critique about the hotel was they mostly have Turkish cuisine. Actually it’s understandable cuz we’re in Turkey, duh... Anyways I experienced Turkish style holiday at its best and I’m definitely coming here again. It’s been almost a week since we left the hotel but I already missed drinking my delicious Turkish coffee by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, chilling and listening to live music at the hotel with my friends.

It is an average hotel , they are very weak in reception side , but the restaurant is good in general , the tennis court is not ready as they claimed , although it looks ready, the football court not free as they mentioned in the ads, and the hospitality shown from the employees is nearly ok...

This place is amazing, the service is brilliant and the owner and his son are the nicest people we have met so far in Turkey. The food is also great. I will recommend this place to everyone! ☆☆☆☆☆
