Maybe it's a nice bath, but once you see it in the picture, it's a closed historical monument.

It is the oldest of Mardin mosques. Its first construction is unknown, but it was recorded in 1176. According to the inscription dated 1176 on the base of the minaret, it was built by Kutbüddin İlgazi of Diyarbekir II. The inscription on the courtyard wall contains the name of Hüsameddin Yavlak Arslan of the Artuks in 1186. The building, which has 16 different inscriptions, bears traces of the Artuklu and Akkoyunlu period. The mosque was damaged during the invasion of Timur in 1400 and a minaret was demolished. The mosque was restored in the time of Akkoyunlu and Memluks. The building, which underwent serious repairs during the Ottoman period, was restored in 2010. Trapped between the buildings in the bazaar, the mosque is designed as a courtyard with all the Artuklu buildings. The buildings with different architecture around the courtyard were built at different times. The mosque is divided into three naves parallel to the mihrab with thick stone piers with rectangular cross-sections. There are traditional Artuklu fountains to the north of the courtyard, which is entered by two gates from the east and west. The fountain in the iwan symbolizes human life. The water comes from its source and completes its childhood days in the small pool and fills into the larger second pool. From there, the tomb-shaped third pool flows into the inevitable end. In other words, he goes out from the big pool symbolizing life.

Mardin Grand Mosque - Mardin
The Mardin Ulu Mosque is considered one of the architectural examples of the Archaic period. It is the symbol of Mardin with its chopped dome and minaret. According to records, it was built with two minarets. The inscription on the square base of the mosque's only minaret indicates that the construction date is 1176, but the current minaret was built in 1888/89 in a new electric style. Some Syriac writers say that he converted from the Church. Even if the structure was not converted from a church, it is likely that an ancient church was found in its place.
The twelfth century in the upper age. It is a very important example of the plan and form of the mosque, which appeared especially in the southeast in the early period and developed transversely with a dome in front of the mihrab. The building material is fine cut stone. The dome of the Ulu Mosque was built using the external flute technique. It was first used in this building and later became a tradition in Mardin, which is characteristic of some of the later Artesian structures. The rectangular courtyard of the mosque is located to the north. In the south of the courtyard there is a vaulted plan developed transversely in front of the mihrab, consisting of three naves with barrel vaults parallel to the mihrab wall, and two figures near the mihrab wall interrupted by domes. This scheme is also a model that has been imitated by many of the surrounding structures.
