Kaç Watt diye sordum bana ürün kodunu söyledi. Bilgili olanı çağırdık o da iki ürün arasındaki farkın yalnızca renk ve dekor olduğunu söyledi. Oysa ürünü eve alıp geldikten sonra öğrendim ki benim aldığım ürün 35Watt diğer ürün 55Watt sabah erkenden değiştirmek için aradımDEĞİŞTİREMEZLERMİŞ KUTUSU AÇILMIŞ. Teşhir ürününü alsam değiştirirlermiş, kutulu aldığım için değiştiremezlermiş. Onların bilgisizliği yüzünden ben mağdur oldum. Daha da gitmem de çevremide göndermem.?
I entered to buy a ventilator on 19-05-2020 at 18:00. I wanted to get information about the product. The customer representative I asked first could not provide correct information because he was new. I asked how many Watt he told me the product code.
