★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kazan'da yaşıyorum. Yaşadığım sitenin kombi montajını bu firmanın yaptığı söylendi, güvendik; yaptırdık. Parayı peşin verdik Eylül 2021'de. Önce kombiyi taktılar ama bacayı takmadılar. Defalarca aradım, mesaj attım. Kombiyi kullanamadım sırf bu yüzden. Sonra şikayet edeceğimi söyledim ve çalışanlarca arandım. Bu sefer de bacada sıkıntı çıkardılar, çünkü hep damlatıyordu. Yeni bacayı söktüler 2. el baca taktılar Aralık 2021'deyiz hâlâ sıkıntımı çözmediler. Firma çalışanları ilgisiz. Bazı arkadaşlar dürüst yazmışlar, en azından bize karşı dürüst değiller.
I live in Kazan. We were told that this company did the boiler installation of the site I live in, we trusted it; we made it. We paid in advance in September 2021. First they installed the boiler, but they did not install the chimney. I've called and texted many times. That's why I couldn't use the combi boiler. Then I said I would complain and was called by the staff. This time, they caused trouble in the chimney, because it was always dripping. They removed the new chimney, installed a second hand chimney, we're in December 2021, they still haven't solved my problem. Company employees are indifferent. Some friends have written honestly, at least they are not honest with us.
