I bought 1 oppo enco w11 from them, it is a guaranteed product and the warranty period is still ongoing, I informed that the product was defective and Genpa was either me or we would see it within 1 week. I gave the device to them and they did not respond to me, and it has been 1 month since the legal process has expired. there can be no place like this
