"Biz herzaman müşterinin yanındayız" dediler ve sadece sim kart yuvası bozuk olan cihazımın tamiri için teslim ettiğim Sony marka telefonumu PERT( ekranı kırık ) bir şekilde bana teslim ettiler. Ve ben cihazı böyle teslim etmediğimi telefonumun ekranı daha yeni değiştiğini UFUK adlı şahısa bildirmeme rağmen "bizlik birsey yok" diyerek işin içinden sıyrılmaya çalıştı. Ben bir mağdur olarak sizlerin benim durumuma düşmemeniz için UFUK ELEKTRONİK in önünden dahi geçmemenizi tavsiye ederim.
Kesinlikle HAKKIMI HELAL ETMİYORUM...
Absolutely, but I ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend it. They said "We are always with the customer" and they delivered my Sony branded phone to me in a PERT (broken screen) way only for the repair of my device with a broken sim card slot. And although I notified the person named HORIZON that I did not deliver the device like that, the screen of my phone had just changed, he tried to get out of it by saying "there is nothing for us". As a victim, I recommend that you do not even pass by UFUK ELEKTRONİK in order not to fall into my situation.
