They treat people with hijab differently. It's different for those like them. We went again at a different time in case I misunderstood. Their looks and attitudes were the same. I do not recommend.

First of all, for those who will come to Kızılcahamam for the first time, Kızılcahamam public buses from Ankara pass in front of the hotel. So transportation is easy. I came with a reservation for the weekend. The interest and relevance of the hotel is very nice. The kitchen part is closed due to the pandemic, but it is possible to bring food from outside. If you want to cook something, a kitchen is also available for you in the common area. The hotel is old but really clean. The water is 38-40 degrees very hot. If you are not looking for the luxury of star hotels, but if you are looking for a place where I can stay comfortably with the hot spring water and my family, this is the place for you. The best part of the hotel is that there is a jacuzzi in the room and the hot spring water is given directly to the rooms. They also give an indoor pool for the family for 1 hour a day if they want. More than 1 hour costs. As I said, it is an ideal place for those who do not seek luxury but want to come to the spa.

Cleanliness is zero everywhere, cockroaches, beds are old, no breakfast, jacuzzi in the bathroom does not work. It is an expensive place under these conditions. The elements are super.

It's not a luxury place, but the private hammam rooms were nice. The water temperature is very good. You can call from your bath room and have your hot water or cold water settings adjusted. There is a refrigerator and hair dryers in the private bath room. Slippers are also available in the rooms.

The pools are very nice and clean. However, scrub massage may be more appropriate.

A small but cute, hygienic hotel. The rooms are very warm, the thermal pool is great. It's quieter during the week. The employees are friendly and smiling. Pretty decent for its price.
