Mr Kilic and mrs Marve very good staff and we are happy stay in this hotel .?

The room is nice and the receptionist is being so helpful and so nice and the locations of the hotel is near to the shops where we can just walk ☺️

The location is very good, quit place, rooms are good, food OK, the reception stuff Specially Ms. Merve was very helpful and very kind, when I will come to Ankara, this is my place. Many thanks Ms. Merve

The hotel is very clean and the location is good. It is located in the embassy area. The surroundings are very quiet. Miss Merve at the front desk is very friendly.

I booked a king room it was so horrible, bad smoke smells in walls and sheets, the bathtub leaks water like crazy, and it's too noisy if you can hear others, they can hear you too!!! Breakfast was so bad not even one star hotel serves this. The receptionists are thieves they charged me 40 TL for one chocolate bar that I did not even eat!!! They insisted I ate it but I did NOT and they know it, also when I called for door to door PCR test the nurse told me it's 150 TL I agreed on the price but after the test the receptionist who helped translating said its 350tl I was shocked I told her it's 150 TL she said no its 350, few days passed after i booked for another hotel and needed another PCR test for embassy purposes, this time i went to their office and the nurse who did the PCR told the interpreter it's 150 but the receptionist at Twins Boutique Hotel took 200 TL for her self for unknown reasons! And she couldn't warn me because she didn't speak English very well. Avoid them at all costs

I really enjoyed my 7 days stay in the hotel. Very friendly staff and caring owner. Lavish breakfast and Adile restaurant for any type of food you ask. Among many good people I would like to mention Miss Marve (Receptionist) and other young man named Hüseyin. The hospitality I was offered will never forget. Miss. Börcü D Starbucks iced coffee was also amazing.

We got a king deloux room... It's big enough but the hotel is old and needs too much repairs.... The bath tub and washrooms are so dirty needs to change the doors and locks needs to change inside the room and beds and covers not bad.... Breakfast is nothing. The staff are helpful
