The apartments are not in a luxurious structure, but they are durable enough to not cost easily. Necessary insulation and comfort are available. The majority of the people living on this site are decent people, but the biggest problem is some parents who are incapable of educating their children and teaching the rules of living in society. No one has to listen to anyone's child's cries echoing across the site all day. Of course, the child will run, play and have fun, but it is not the fault of the child, but the result of the lack of education of his parents, that he runs around the estate by screaming and screaming from morning to evening. In addition, due to etiquette, no noise is made before 10:00 in the morning and after 22:00 in the evening. If you are going to take your child to the park late at night in the summer, you will first learn by yourself that you have no right to disturb anyone and then teach your child to play quietly. People get up at 05:00 in the morning at 06:00 and go to work, they have to sleep around 23:00. You can't sleep because of the children's screams that continue until late at night in the summer. I'm giving 1 star less for a few bad manners families and their cheeky children.

I worked here as a security for 2 months. Site residents exceed their tolerance limits. The site management and security unit works very well, day and night, technical, landscape and security help you with all your troubles. However, the residents of the site are people who do not accept the 5 TL hike added to the 100 TL dues. The site is very clean and tidy, but the only problem is the people living here and the environment of the neighborhood where the site is located.

Pleasant living space but I wish 2+1 flats were bigger

It is an ideal site for families with children. There is security. There are cameras inside and outside the building. The site walls are high. It has 3 playgrounds, 3 fields including basketball and football. There are many camellias inside. It is very preferred for breakfast and dinner in nice weather. Buildings are insulated. There is a primary and secondary school adjacent to the site. Very close to the bazaar and street market. 500T, Kadıköy, Kartal and Gebze buses and Pendik minibuses pass in front of the site.

There is no problem with the layout. I also passed the administrative minor mistakes, The inconvenience caused by foreigners entering in summer and winter disturbs the residents of the site. For God's sake, just focus on what can be done...
