Tüm personel çok ilgi ve alakalıdır.Mesai saati olsun olmasın,ellerinden gelen yardımı yapacaklarından şüpheniz olmasın.Eleştiren arkadaşlar şunu bilmeli ki bu insanların başta Liman başkanı olmak üzere fedakarlıkları olmasa Tuzla'da çok iş çözümsüz kalır.Hepsi yılların tecrübesi ve birikimi ile alanlarında uzmandır.
 It is a public institution that we have been working closely with since 2002. All personnel are very interested and relevant. You can have no doubt that they will do their best to help, whether it is working hours or not. Critics should know that without the sacrifices of these people, especially the Harbor Master, a lot of work in Tuzla would be unsolved. All of them are experts in their fields with years of experience and knowledge.

Tuzla port presidency is the most successful one among the port authorities in Turkey. Even the bottlenecks in the legislation also have a lot of effort in removing the facilitating legislation. Other port authorities in Turkey take the practices of Tuzla port authority as an example.

A government office far from the main road is inside the shipyards, but the building is very clean from the entrance, the staff is very caring and self-sacrificing. I was done in 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liman Başkanlığına özel araba haricinde ulaşım imkanı yok. Ama Personel çok hızlı çalışıyor. Bir çok yere göre işleriniz çabuk yürüyor. Özellikle Bina Girişi ve Yönlendirmeler çok iyi. Sörvey için geldim personel işinin ehli çok donanımlılar. Teşekkür ediyorum. İlgi ve alakaya
There is no means of transportation to the Port Authority except by a private car. But Staff works very fast. Compared to many places, your work is moving faster. Especially Building Entrance and Directions are very good. I came for the survey. The staff are very competent and well-equipped. Thank you. interest and concern

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefon ve mail ile ulaştık, kar yağışından ötürü bağlama kütüğündeki memur randevumuzu kolayca erteledi, randevu gününde gittik 30-40 dk içinde devir ve yeni isim tescilini yaptılar. Özel sektör performansında çalışan devlet dairesi diyebiliriz. Bağlama kütüğündeki arkadaşlara tekrar teşekkürler.
We reached by phone and e-mail, the officer in the binding log easily postponed our appointment due to the snowfall, we went on the day of the appointment, they registered the transfer and new name within 30-40 minutes. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Binlerce devlet dairesi gördüm içlerinde en berbatı burası diyebilirim. Her odada en az 4 memur verilen zammı tartışıyorlar. Kimse niye geldin neden geldin yüzüne bakmıyor. Onlarca vatandaşı daracık koridorda bekletiyorlar. Ne bir bank var ne bir sandalye. Bıkmış, tükenmiş, iş yapmak için değil de mesaiyi bitirip maaş almak için toplanmış kalabalık var. Odalar, koridorlar darmadağınık, koridorda kırk masalar, kırık dökük eşyalar var içlerinde dosyalar klasörler atıl vaziyette, kalorifer peteğin in üstünde telsiz parçası var.
I've seen thousands of government offices, and I can say that this is the worst one. At least 4 officers in each room are discussing the raise given. Nobody is looking at your face, why did you come. They keep dozens of citizens waiting in the narrow corridor. There is neither a bench nor a chair. There is a crowd that is fed up, exhausted, gathered not to do work but to finish the work and get a salary. The rooms and corridors are in disarray, there are forty tables and broken furniture in the corridor, files and folders are idle, there is a piece of radio on the heater core.
