Kapıcı sistemi de çok ilkel bir durumdur. Modern yapılaşma da temizlik işi özel şirketler eliyle yapılır. Yönetimin keyfi tutumunu siddetle kınıyor. Kat maliklerini konu hakkında düşünmeye davet ediyorum.
