Çalışanlar insan gibi yaklaşıyor selam veriyor hal hatır soruyor vs. Yönetim de insan gibi yaklaşıp bekleyenleri soğukta yağmurda koruyacak çay simit satın alabilecekleri bir mekan temin etse daha iyi olur.
