Very bad service while waiting for the vehicle to come out, tuv staff put their engines on the seat, they keep them under the sun, they do not even give a glass of water.

There is no waiting place. You wait in line under the sun. Take a stool with you. And do not come across the tea time of the employees. They are right but there is no place to wait.
