★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuşadası 'nın en eski sitesi. Denize yani sahile çok yakın. Sahili çok güzel. Özellikle çocuklu aileler icin ideal. Sitede bulunan evler eski, ama tadilat yaptirarak yenileyenler var. Evlerin arasindaki mesafeler yeterli. Ama bahceleri biraz küçük. Döviz artışından etkilenmiş. 2018 yazinda Fiyatlar artmıştı.
Kusadasi 's oldest site. It is very close to the sea, to the beach. The beach is very beautiful. Especially ideal for families with children. The houses on the site are old, but there are those who have renovated them. The distance between the houses is sufficient. But their gardens are a little small. It was affected by the currency increase. Prices increased in the summer of 2018.
