★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temiz, düzgün personel, güler yüz hizmet ve tabiki lezzetli pideler lahmacunlar. Meydandaki Ufuk Pİde salonuna da bir daha asla gitmem.
Clean, neat staff, friendly service and of course delicious pita and lahmacun. I will never go to Ufuk Pide in the square again.

Gözümün önünde birden fazla defa siparişinin geciktiğini söyleyen müşteriye " biz tek tek sipariş mi takip edecez sıranız geldiğinde verilir " dediler. bu kabalığı yapmanın rahatlığını kimden buluyorlar ben anlamıyorum. eleştirildiklerinde konuyu " bu kadar işin altından sen kalk " demeye getiriyorlar.
ben artık bu işletmeye sipariş vermeyi bıraktım.
Looking at the comments, I am amazed. The courtesy and smiling face said to be shown to the customer probably did not come across to me. To the customer who said that his order was delayed more than once in front of my eyes, they said, "Are we going to follow up the order one by one, it will be given when it's your turn". I don't understand from whom they find comfort in doing this rudeness. when they are criticized, they bring the subject to say "you can handle all this work".
I have now stopped ordering from this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sokak arasinda bir dukkan ama müdavimi cok. Ben pide yaptiriyorum daha cok ozel gunlerde. Bazen pidenin icini kendimiz hazirliyoruz bazende ordan hazirlanmis sekilde pide yaptiriyoruz. Malzemeyi bol koyuyorlar. Calisan kisi sayisi az ama dukkan baya islek.
It's a shop in the middle of the street, but it has a lot of regulars. I make pita, mostly on special days. Sometimes we prepare the inside of the pita ourselves, and sometimes we have it prepared from there. They put in a lot of material. The number of people working is small, but the shop is very busy.

I think it's the best pide restaurant in Subayev's. I took it inside and had pita made. Both indoor and outdoor pitas are very thin, plenty and beautiful. Their dough is not jaw-dropping. Because they used special flour for pita. They cook on wood fire. Very kind and caring
