Bu cihaz fotoğraf basmak için değil deyip. Teknik servis formuna: '' Cihazın baskı kalitesi kötü silik basıyor'' hatasıyla servise gönderilmiş deniliyor. Oysa ben kağıda neden mürekkep damlatıp neden mürekkep akıtıyor bu sorunu giderir misiniz diye yazmıştım.. Sonra derken cihazı başka bir servise; Ankaradaki Epson Servisine yolladım ve bana cihazın baskı kafasını ve mürekep tanklarını değiştirip yolladılar. Cihazım şu an sorunsuzca çalışıyor. Yani kısacası bu servis cihazınızla ilgilenmiyor arkadaşlar.
