Tusan Beach Resort Hotel

I chose this hotel due to its beautiful beach, but I was really disappointed with the service quality. The most of the staff work long hours and the food was absolutely terrible for the price. They use the worst quality ingredients which is not acceptable for the price they charge. Also, they only gave 1 key for even big families, so you have to constantly plan for going to your room with the rest of your group. Lastly, you can only get fresh pool towels in a 2 hour time frame per day, if you miss that, you simply have to use your old dirty towel.

Hotel was slightly dated looked as if it was really prestigious in its day. otherwise well equipped and had lots of activities to do if you wanted too. Food was not fantastic but had loads to choose from something different every day we never went hungry. Most staff where very ignorant rude and had zero manners. The service at the bar areas was poor! it didn't matter who was next or how long you had been waiting it was who they wanted to serve or who shouted the loudest. We didn't let any of that spoil our holiday. We spent a good few days out of the hotel in nearby Kusadasi which was a lovely place to visit.

beautiful view, friendly staff, it's a lot of fun, especially with the family, great service, it's never boring again many mini games and other activities and the food also tastes very good

We arrived here in September and asked to be moved to a different hotel this hotel needs down grading it's definitely not a 4 or 5 star it needs a revamp and a good cleaning ? The owner does not like the truth ?photos do not lie,he says in his response that he offered us another room he definitely did not he even said in the response he moved us to another room definatly not,I think I would know if I had moved room, all he says is a lie to make his hotel look good,the hotel we moved to was a proper 5 star and it only cost £300 extra not three times extra like he says? And I am not malicious like he says if you look my other reviews you will see I stop at some beautiful places and I don't like wasting my time writing this,I wish I did not have too

we had a reservation for the beginning of May but with sudden lockdown news I called (not them) the provider and was told that we must change the dates, as we tried to change they were giving us three times price to pay and the best option available was one night less!! pandemic circumstances are considered as force major so they had to just change the dates without extra charge and upsets as did the other hotels eventually we just cancelled and book another hotel the message is: people they try to cheat and speculate, think twice before handling your dream holiday to money hunters hands

Beautiful views from a seaside facing room. Would recommend upgrading for the view alone! One possible negative is a small beach, but there is plenty of space on the hotel territory.

It was more than awful..The whole stuff. expected the waitresses, were so rude.It was cold in the rooms and the restaurant.There weren’t hot water in the bathroom.All u asked the stuff, they couldn’t do it, but when u offered them money, they magically can do it.All inclusive, but only in some hours. Definitely don’t go there.It’s more than disappointing.

Very clean. Atmosphere in the room is ok. Bathroom ok. Nothing spectacular but ok. The door from the balcony had a technical problem so the wind from outside was in my room. It was a storm in the night. Restaurant ok.
