They give cards as real estate specialists, we give people a deposit, they don't buy the house. Put the sheep on sahibinden.com, rent it, and let it go. It's a shame that people shouldn't pay commissions to these incompetent people.

Ev almadan önce kiracının çıkma garantisini verdiler, 1 ay içinde çıkacak dediler ki emlakçılık bilgi ve yeteneklerine güvenmemi söyledikleri için ve tabi hizmet bedelini layıkıyla ödediğim için extra bir araştırma yapmadım. Evi alıp, gerekli hizmet bedelini ödedikten sonra kiracıyı evden çıkarma uğraşını sağolsunlar bana bıraktılar.
Daha 6 ay olmadı yeni evimi alalı ancak huzur yerine kiracı sıkıntısıyla uğraşmaktan pes edip satma kararı aldım. Dürüstlükle dolu cümleler kurmak yerine müşteriye hizmet öncesi ve sonrası bunu yansıtmayı kendinize şiar edinseniz keşke.
They have a service mentality that claims to be experts in their business, but completely changed their stance after the sale of the house. Before buying the house, they gave the guarantee that the tenant will leave, they said that it will be released within 1 month, because they told me to trust their real estate knowledge and skills, and of course, I did not do an extra research because I paid the service fee duly. After they bought the house and paid the necessary service fee, they left the effort to get the tenant out of the house, thanks to me.
It hasn't been 6 months since I bought my new house, but instead of having peace of mind, I gave up and decided to sell it because of the tenant shortage. I wish you would make it your motto to reflect this before and after the service to the customer, instead of making sentences full of honesty.
