Turtas Rent a Car Antalya Airport

everything was good. i made the reservation via form on the website and company reacted immediately. always was fast with answering the emails. The guy met us in the airport when we arrived, on the way back we left the car in the office and guys kindly picked us up to the airport. always recommend to take the full insurance.

It would be not wrong to say that Turtas is the best and most professional car rental service Antalya Airport. Very professional and accommodating. Clean and new cars. I started rented from budget for personal use and now my company has become their customer. Very happy and satisfied with service and will continue to be their customer.

It's was an awful experience. First time in Turkey. They picked us from the airport and drive to their office (approximately 10minutes drive) But we read that this company is in the airport. Ok. But the guy in office was unpleasant. When we tried to pay our cards didn't worked. We didn't understand what the problem and tried to share money to our cards. This took 10 mins and the guys from the office started unpleasant say "Hurry, we are busy" we were shocked. Finally, they told if you can't pay by card try to find a car somewhere else, maybe in the airport. And went away. We were with all our stuff. Luckily, when my husband asked to help us with a taxi, because we have no internet or sim card, they drive us to the airport back. In the airport guys from the other company explained to us, that the problem in the type of card. We have a debit card, and that company can use only credit cards. But they even didn't explain that to us.

It was my first time in Antalya and had no idea how and who to book a car with as there's so many options. Searched on Google and came across this company and honestly they did not disappoint! Hired an automatic VW polo (I would recommend a small auto car if its your first time) they dropped it of at the hotel, went through everything and on the way back, dropped it of at the airport. Honestly had no issues whatsoever, car was reliable, I put roughly 600 miles on the clock as we visited a lot of places. Im not surprised they have so many good reviews!! Thank you!

Booked with them based on the reviews, I had concerns if these were genuine but they definitely are. I highly recommend Turtas if you are renting in Antalya. I booked a car for 40 days, got a clean car that ran smooth without any issues at all. I've rented in Antalya before and many companies give really bad cars, Turtas had all great vehicles and let me choose. Gokhan was always available via Whatsapp or phone call if I had any questions at all. They picked me up at airport as scheduled and picked up car from my hotel when I had to return it. I even had car badly scratched when parked overnight, Turtas took care of it without any headaches to me (I only filed a police report). Definitely give them a try when you need a rental car.

We get a car in this place two times. both times we chose the cheapest offer. the first one, we get diesel fiat ageo with litle scratch - it was acquaintance)) the second time we ask specific car, a head of office confirmed, and we get a new one perfect car! (we was pay chipest offer on the web site again) office is working despite covid restriction. If you come in Antalya and you phone is down, the place is ease to find - you should go to outside airport building, find a railways (on the second "floor")) buy the ticket and wait a train going to the left (to Antalya), go out to the next stop and walking back litlle bit. done) if you make reservation at home the car was waiting you in the airport. no mileage restrictions. One employee knows Russian. if you are in a friendly mood and know how to communicate, any questions can be resolved ;) use full insurance if you plan to travel a lot - on the road we meet birds, foxes, turtles, and other unexpected animals. the dog on the beach bit the bumper. Excellent service, excellent cars, excellent price. flexible. recommend. Important - you need a credit card. they get numbers and CVC. Debit card doesnt work. Если вы чипуете, пользуйте агрегаторов и ищите там турлас, карвиц или пандора, агрегаторы предлагают цену на 3-5 дол/день дешевле. но за 1-2 дня до аренды. день в день будет дороже. вежливо торгуйтесь - ребята идут на встречу)

Very good service, very good car, no complains. They bring car to our hotel, and then took it back! I really enjoy!
