★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam. For return airport travel charged me and my husband 600 lire which later we found out this is 4 times more than what it should have been. It is a shame specially the tactic they use to do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with them to Bursa for one day, it was very nice and cheep my self and my family coast me 540 Turkish Lyra for 4 adult and one child, they followed all the program in their Brochures. Yes the have to elementary the time for bike safari , lunch was good enough for the price coast,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst companies ever! I went to book a tour to Bursa from their branch at Sultanahmet (Tour good tour) and they asked for 220 liras per person!!
I went to Eminönü and bought the ticket round trip for 80 liras!!
Cheaters and big liars!
Stay away from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looted by Azade tourism travel agency on Ataturk international airport on 20/03/19 where I was charged 700 liras for a return taxi from airport which is 10 times more than what I should have been charged. Secondly the return taxi from hotel was booked at 11:00 and no one came till 11:30 and I called them 6 times and they keep on saying 5 minutes.i had to take an uber. Is thus how you guys treat tourists???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a tour for Bursa, They charged me 420 Liras, which is very EXPENSIVE, no matter. But the Real issue is the guide of this company named YOUSAF, was found very cheater and corrupt. Throughout the trip, he remained interested and urged the tourist to buy things, like, Turkish delights and honey, as he is having commission from that shops. Moreover he didn't entertained the cable car, which was included in package. He constantly demand Tip from the tourists, and whom not paid tip, he remained rude and negligent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had tour from Istanbul to Bursa .guide were so rude wherever they stopped he is in hurry .but when on the the way back to Istanbul tour bus stopped by Shopping Mall called PAUL MARK . He had no problem to spend more time because he was getting commission from the Manager . Don't use this service they are crooked and very rude specially PAULMARK cashiers were rude and and don't know how to talk very bad experience iam not book them ever. And make sure people understand .
