I would give zero star to this company if I could. I rented a vehicle for approximately 3 weeks.When I rented I also bought accident insurance. They took my credit card info for taking some deposit in case of tickets and damages in the car. But even though i returned the car on time with no problem they claimed that the car didn't return with mats and rear pandisot. I don't need no mats or pandisot in my life , but they are just taking way to make money in no good way. They did such a thing because they knew I live in a different country so they can trick me.So they charge me 1000 liras for it. Unfortunately they don't represent their business well on the customer relations. I don't recommend to anybody to rent a vehicle from this company because they might just take advantage of your foreigness !

Great experience. Fatih the manager was great. Had issues with another rental company, walked to the place next door, he worked out and got me a car last minute. Will come again. Smooth business.

I rented car from Istanbul (near Hilton Hotel, Taksim) from 28 Oct to 03 Nov 21, dropping the car at company's Antalya Airport outlet. I came last moment without any pre-booking with disappointing and rude responses from all adjacent Car Rentals with Mr Fatih Borah receiving me at Turmobil outlet with a warm heart and highly cooperative gesture. I rented the car in an extremely affordable rate (less than offered by others online even). I was also briefed throughly by Mr Fatih on roads dynamics, what to do in emergency/ accidents, calling police to support, how speed cameras work/ how they look like and many other important information requried by tourists/ new drivers. He also sent me a pdf of all this information which remained extremely useful. My safety deposit was also returned to me well in time after I returned my car after deduction of Tool Taxes of highway on which I was also briefed once taking over and handing over back the vehicle... Overall an exceptional experience of comfort and care provided by Mr Fatih Borah. I highly recommend this rental car service and best of luck to Mr Fath Bora......

I would like to say big Thank You to the Turmobil Car Rental company. Very proffesional rental company. We booked our car just working in with out prebooking, after 20 min filling up a paper work we were driving away. Thyey were helping us out. I would higly recomended to use this company. The deposit money were paid back in right time. I will be coming back again to Ankara I will be using there service again.
