Sözde bir kaç güne kargoya verilecekti. 5 gün sonrasında neden kargo takip numarası yok diye sordum, bir karışıklık olmuş ama ürün yolda diyerek 15 gün oyaladılar, sonunda da iptal talep etmek zorunda kaldım. 5 gündür de iadeyi onaylamalarını bekliyorum ki paramı alabileyim. Ciddiyetsiz bir firma , N11 deki müşteri memnuniyet skorlarının da %100 olduğuna falan da sakın aldanmayın , Ben aldandım , başıma geleni bu. I ordered a television on February 20, 2021 via N11. Supposedly it would ship in a few days. After 5 days, I asked why there was no cargo tracking number, there was a confusion, but they delayed for 15 days saying the product is on the way, and finally I had to request a cancellation. I have been waiting for them to approve the refund for 5 days so that I can get my money. It's a frivolous company, don't be fooled that the customer satisfaction scores in N11 are 100% or something. I was cheated, this is what happened to me.
