★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 08.04.2019 tarihinde bizzat Türk telekom yetkilisi gelerek, kendisine iptal ve kapatma verdiğim fazlalık telefon numaralarına fatura kesmeye devam eden Telekom, Menderes telekom müdürlüğü'nde kendilerine elimdeki kaşeli imzalı resmi dökümü verdiğim halde iş bitmedi. Haksız yere para kazanmak isteyen bu kurumu Cimer'e şikayet edersem hallolur mu acaba? halâ çözümlenemeyen bu konu için insan elli kere müşteri hizmetlerini aradığı halde biz evrak takibi yapmıyoruz diyorlar. Ne işe yarıyor müşteri hizmeti?

Saha ekibinin altyapı var dediği bölge için merkez orada alt yapımız yok diyor. Hülasa böyle bir şirket hiç olmasaydı daha iyi olurdu. Umarım alternatif bir sistem çıkar ve bu şirket yok olur gider.
