Binamda 4 Türk telekomünikasyon var. Hâlâ yatırım yapacak Türk-sat devlet ya hantal iş bilmeyen adamlarla dolu yatırım yapmayı istemiyorlar. Bende kafamda artık Türk-sat yok The institution does not want to expand, but no investment. I just canceled. They couldn't tie him to his residence. I've been calling for 4 years. M	Murat Abban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İnsanları kandırıyorlar sadece bugün yine internet erişimim yok ayda 2 3 gün oluyor böyle bir de yağmurda karda internet gidiyor kesintisiz faturayı ödediğim halde 1 ayda belki 1 hafta internetsiz kalıyorum kullanmanızı kullandırmanızı tavsiye etmem. C	Cansu Ayana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugün öğleden sonra kurumunuza geldim.İkametgah işlemlerim için kendi adıma olan fatura belgemi kaşeli ve imzalı bir şekilde istedim ve bunu da müşteri hizmetlerinizden onay alarak gittim.İnternet bağlantım sağlandığında ev adresimin eksik yazılmış olmasıydı sadece daire numaramı yazıp kaşe ve imza gerekliydi.Bunu yapamayacaklarını bildirdiler,yetkileri yokmuş.Ama eve gelip kurulum yapıldığında herhangi bir saha personeli bu imza ve kaşeyi atabiliyor,Türksat İl Müdürlüğü atamıyor!. Elime boş bir Karekod ile geçersiz bir kağıt verip gönderdiler.İçeride yarım saatten fazla kaldım önde üç çalışan bir güvenlik vardı onlarda maske vardı fakat arka odaya yönlendirildim 4 çalışan vardı hiçbirinde maske yoktu.İki kere girdim çıktım ve maskesiz hizmet vermeye devam ettiler.Şu pandemi sürecinde böyle bir kurumun maskesiz hizmet vermesi hiç doğru değil.Ben kendilerini uyardığımda ise bana ‘biz sana iyilik yapmak istedik,bu bizim görevimiz değil ‘ senin yaptığına bak diye ukala cevap verildi. I stayed inside for more than half an hour, there was a security mask, three employees in the front, but I was directed to the back room, there were 4 employees, none of them had a mask. I went in twice and left without a mask. It is not right for such an institution to provide services without a mask. When I warned them, they answered me with a cocky saying 'we wanted to do you a favor, this is not our duty'.
