I have been a Türksat customer for 8 years. For a long time I saw my works from the stadium there. They have always been helpful. Now they have opened this branch closer to me. Thanks for the friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aboneliğimi iptal için gittiğimde görevliler "sistemde arıza var, bir iki saate kadar işlem yapamayız" dediler. Bana inandırıcı gelmedi. İçerde sistem gelene kadar bekleyeceğimi söyledim. Haklı çıktım. SİSTEM beni bekletmedi. 7-8 dakikada geldi. İlgisi az, soğuk bir firma.
When I went to cancel my subscription, the officials said, "There is a malfunction in the system, we cannot take action until an hour or two." It didn't sound convincing to me. I said I would wait until the system came inside. I was right. SYSTEM didn't keep me waiting. It came in 7-8 minutes. A cold company with little interest.
