When the contract ends and switch to another operator, modem etc. I went to Cevizlidere subscriber center to deliver such items. The female friend working there had such an attitude that I can't explain. There were cables that he said I brought missing (modem, ethernet etc.). There was another cable that I forgot when I left the house, but since the customer service representative did not mention the cable delivery in the cancellation of the contract, he said that he would only bring a modem, TV receiver and smartcart, cable etc. I said I didn't bring it. No official could say such a thing, I was lying. We had a little argument, he said that I couldn't be right because I was a customer and he had the right to argue with me or something. Long story short, if you're a customer at Türksat cable, you're good.
