★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are essentially a wooden tool shed, something you would see in a horror movie. Sound travels right through the thin wood walls so you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you. The shower and toilet are not seperated and the drain was all clogged up so I often found myself using the toilet while standing in half an inch of water. The room had a constant sewer smell all day and night. The food was mediocre at best and water cost extra with every meal. WiFi did not work at all. Unless u get a room in the very back of the place your not going to sleep over the drunks singing all night and dogs barking. Very cheap, you get what you pay for. The one good thing is the beautiful beach within walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even not deserves 1 star.Maintenance is zero. We changed 3 rooms in 3 days.
Furthermore some of luxury rooms doesnt have balcony.Ac is broken down .Remote control is not available in room . No daily cleaning of rooms. Only after check outs.
Staff is good but owner is not friendly.
Also owner bullying staff to leave good comments after bad ones .Far from sea,you need to walk quite much.
Meals are so bad ,you dont have right to choice
DONT GO THIS HOTEL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a lovely place with untouched nature. However, the buffet was not good enough. They didn't have continuous supply of the items. If one item finishes, they replace with a different item or don't replace at all. So, if you go first to the dining place you have higher chance to get the cream. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay only if you have to.
Not suitable for elderly and families.
Ok for single and young people.
This is a very busy and crowded place during peak season.
Dinner they serve is subpar.
We had a tube tv in our room that was pretty old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daily price is not too expensive, breakfast and dinner is in count and sufficient. Coffee and tea is free with breakfast but if you would like to drink something with your dinner (even water), you have to pay.
The rooms are ragged, especially bathroom has so many problems. The staff is so polite and helpful (except the personal at the bar) Distance to the sea of the houses can be considered as one of the best compare to around hotels, tree houses.
Enjoy your vacation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had an amazing peaceful and educational experience...i left feeling physically and spiritually recharged!
firstly, Olympos IS a place not to be missed! breath taking views, beautiful white limestone Roman ruins nestled picturesquely between tall limestone mountains, pristine clean air, thick lush forest and rejuvenating turquoise beaches/water...much more than i expected!
then add Turkmen Tree Houses. i pulled in late at night and couldnt see much from the road side, i entered the grounds to find a vast organic orange orchard, lots of sweet cats, a few chickens, and beautiful natural wood structures...clean and neat. i was immediately offered a meal, which was part of the per day price. the food was excellent! i had beef shish kabab, veggies, fresh bread, and amazing perfect textured rice...i knew i had found a gem! after dinner i was walked through the orange orchards and taken to my room by Derya one of the staff, she was polite and smiled alot. when she opened the door, a smile immediately rolled over my travel weary eyes. the room was well lit, spotless clean, natural stained wood floors, walls, and even ceiling, the bed coverings were bright white, fresh and not dusty from being left vacant for too long , the duvet was fluffy and welcoming, ...pillows too. Derya, checked to make sure i had everything i needed and that everything worked properly before leaving, without lingering for a tip, which she definitely received later. on the back wall by the bed was a large window and a door leading to a balcony with exquisite orchard and mountain views! needless to say,...i slept VERY WELL. " )...and i greatly needed it.
the next day, i woke to a freshly prepared all organic turkish breakfast, also part of the per day cost! i went out for a stroll into the Roman ruins and then to the beach where i walked under a natural stone arch to find a perfect beach. after a short walk, i sat for a cup of coffee and a full recharge from the beautiful sound of the turquoise sea! upon my return to Turkmen tree houses, i was greeted not only by some very sweet cats but also by smiling staff and the owner Hamdi and his daughter. i was offered more food than i could eat, all of which was fresh, especially the chicken, right from their property! i love to eat and i know a good meal when i have one...this was well prepared and definitely FRESH, juicy and tasty! i hated to leave and cant wait to return. before catching a taxi back to the top of the mountain (bus stop) Hamdi and i talked about Turkish traditions and he excitedly shared with me many of the traditional plants and remedies he grew up with, he even gave me samples of the plants in case i ever needed them elsewhere...very kind and happy fellow. as i was leaving, Hamdi requested i take some ripe "Washington" oranges from his trees, they were as expected...DEEEELIIIICIOUUUSSS! " )
THANK YOU GUYS FOR MY MEMORABLE VISIT! and see you again!
oh and for you climbers and trekkers...challenging hikes and easy walks and a 2 min walk from Turkmen are a multitude of climbing routes and rappelling, caves and high mountains with Fresh clean air!
Turkmen Tree Houses and Olympos...are a must visit!
sincerely, plan for a few more days than you originally expected because likely, you will want to stay longer!
i was a solo traveler but it is perfect for families and romantic get aways!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These bungalows have the biggest capacity with the ability to accommodate around 330 people, so you will always find place there if others are booked up. They are open all around the year, so even after 1st November- the end of the season, when all places close - you will find a place to stay.
I like their food, tasty & plenty - breakfast & dinner included in the price. The rooms need updating, especially the bathrooms though! In terms of comfort it ranks below the rest. Staff members, including the owner are really nice. It’s close to the sea, max 10 minute walk - no idea why someone pointed out that it’s far!!! They have 3 tier rooms (normal, comfort, lux - but don’t imagine a 5 star hotel even with the luxury rooms). You can negotiate prices.
