İçeriye sadece site sakinleri park edebiliyor. Binaların alt katlarında bazı firmaların yetkili servisleri bulunmakta. Ayrıca, Emir Kaya Dans Stüdyosu yer almakta. Küçük çocuklarına dans dersi aldırmak isteyenler için doğru adres. Ayrıca, her yaştan dans öğrenmek isteyenler için de çok iyi bir dans okulu.
Bahar Sitesi is a decent and beautiful apartment complex located in Türkkonut district, with clean surroundings and air. There is parking outside for guests. Only residents can park inside. There are authorized services of some companies on the lower floors of the buildings. In addition, there is Emir Kaya Dance Studio. The right address for those who want to take dance lessons for their young children. It is also a very good dance school for those who want to learn dance of all ages.
