Oneri olarak : Kan verdikten sonra bana bir sey olmaz diyip hemem yataktan kalkmayin 5 dk yatakta bekleyin yoksa kalktiginiz gibi bayilabilirsiniz bu durum kolunuzd!ki igne deliginin acilip daha cok kaybetmeye baslamaniza sebeb olur tabiki dusus esnasinda saga sola carpmaniz sonucu olucaklari geciyorum ve o anda orada bulunan calisanlara yaratacaginiz sikintilarda var. 5 dk daha uzanmanizdan kimse rahatsiz olmaz ve normal olarak karsilanir.

Employees are happy when your smiling blood is drawn, mineral water and cookie service was great. I recommend you give plenty of blood.
As the suggestion: After giving blood, don't tell me that nothing will happen and don't get out of bed. Wait for 5 minutes. There are troubles that you will create for the employees. If you lie down for another 5 minutes, nobody will be disturbed and normally greeted.
