A place that offers very nice books and outstanding service. No promises to say to the staff seriously. In addition to being polite, caring and friendly, they are all really knowledgeable and cultured.

A bank branch where customer representatives are friendly and interested. They try to get your work done as quickly as they can. They patiently answer boring questions asked.

Yanlız bekleyenlere saygıları yok sadece paraya itibar ediyorlar. Sırada bekleyenler arasından benim işim ticari diyerek hiç beklemeden içeri alınıp işlem yapıp çıkıyorlar. Bu günlerde elimizi attığımız her yerde adamcılık noktası oluşmuş. Atatürk'ün İş Bankası reklamı yaparak buna çanak tutması tam olarak rezaletir. Maalesef saygılarımla...
Unfortunately, I have come to the point of leaving the bank I have been working with for years. Pozcu İşbank is waiting for the nation outside due to the pandemic period. I have no objection to that. They have no respect for those who wait alone, they only respect money. Among those waiting in line, they say my job is commercial, they are taken in without waiting, they make transactions and leave. These days, there is a point of manhood everywhere we touch. It is absolutely disgraceful that Atatürk promoted İş Bankası and supported it. Sorry, best regards...
